Joe LaRiccia brings 30 years of automotive experience to Don Graff Automotive.
18 of those years were spent with Reynolds and Reynolds/Half-a-Car as a Master Consultant/Trainer and Mentor to other consultants. His expertise ranges from National CRM trainer for Reynolds and Reynolds, BDC Process development and installer, and international (Canada and the UK) sales process trainer. He is also an expert in the various CRM tools currently used by dealerships today.
One of Joe’s top 100 dealer clients said this ” I worked with a lot of consultants and trainers over the years Joe was the only one who took the time to see what was really going on in our dealerships and not only gave us advice but jumped in to helping fix our problems. He has had the privilege of consulting and training in hundreds of dealerships world-wide making a difference over the short as well as over the long term. Some dealerships have also extended Black Tie affair invitations to him indicating “We could not have done it without you.” In 2005 Reynolds and Reynolds graciously gave him the Consultant of the Year award.
Joe managed several dealership sales forces prior to joining Reynolds and recently used the knowledge he learned over the years to be a successful BDC manager in a New England dealership. By hiring the right people, and working on CRM utilization, continuous training process improvement, web-site development and social media the BDC produced 50% of sales for the dealership.
